Stephanie Koch is the Director of Human Resources at Hendry Marine Industries in Tampa Bay, bringing over 25 years of HR leadership experience. She’s become a national voice on innovative, self-funded health plans—frequently speaking at conferences like BenefitsPro, HealthRosetta, and the World Finance Forum. In 2024, Hendry Marine Industries won the “Most Engaged Employer Award,” for the State of Florida from The Florida Alliance for Healthcare Value and Employee Benefit News named Stephanie one of the top 25 HR and benefits leaders in the country. In February of 2025, Stephanie won the annual leadership award from the International Propeller Club of the US/Port of Tampa. Stephanie also serves as Vice Chair for the Florida Alliance for Healthcare Value and holds a leadership role with The Validation Institute.
When she’s not driving change in healthcare, she enjoys beach days, Disney trips, and family time with her son Jacob and partner Mike.
Michael Kieffer is a National Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a deep passion for wellness and self-care. Known for his exceptional diagnostic skills and algorithmic approach to solving complex medical problems, he is dedicated to providing top-notch care to his patients. He believes that exceptional healthcare is a fundamental right and advocates for the Direct Primary Care model as a solution to the challenges within the current healthcare system.
Michael co-founded Prime Care VIP in 2020. His work reflects a dedication to making healthcare both accessible and efficient.
Colton is a seasoned professional in the health insurance industry and has a proven track record in driving cost-effective solutions and enhancing client satisfaction. He's also a chapter leader of the Free Market Medical Association, a Certified Pharmacy Benefits Specialist, and is Rosetta Certified.
He has been featured on many industry podcasts and was recently nominated for a Rosie Award by Health Rosetta. Outside of work, Colton is passionate about staying active through various sports or spending his time in the outdoors.
