Tyrone is a driven leader in pharmacy benefits management with a proven track record of innovation and success. As the founder and leader of TransparentRx, America’s first fiduciary model PBM, he has set global standards in the industry. Tyrone also built and successfully exited PrescriptionGiant, a mail-order pharmacy, and created the Certified Pharmacy Benefits Specialist (CPBS) program, educating thousands of HR and benefits professionals.

He brings discipline and dedication from his time as a US Navy veteran, where he achieved the rank of E-6 in just four years, setting a record for the fastest promotion. He is also an accomplished author, featured in Bloomberg Business. He is committed to fostering innovation and meaningful change in his field.

Skip and is passionate about understanding and solving the financial complexities of healthcare costs and compliance requirements for employers as the chapter leader of the Free Market Medical Association. He's also the co-founder of the Strong Foundation which provides counselling services to families and a member of the Iowa Medical Society, Iowa Group Managers Association, and Iowa Family Practice Foundation.

Skip is a Certified Health Rosetta Advisor and has worked closely with independent healthcare professionals and hospital systems for three decades. During his spare time he is a devoted husband and father two boys, a railroad enthusiast, and musician.

He has been featured on many industry podcasts and was recently nominated for a Rosie Award by Health Rosetta. Outside of work, Colton is passionate about staying active through various sports or spending his time in the outdoors.
